Message value, which would be incorrect for the reason you mention.

The flowscale correction is applied to the flowscale value before the test is made. The flowscale value is the actual CFM that the machine is flowing. Since this correction is applied to the flowrate the machine is producing, and your final measurement is a factor of flow percent, there is not a linear relationship to the final calculated flow and the correction factor.
